箱涵混凝土技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1. 本箱涵（K9+535.284）的結構砼為C30砼，抗滲標號為S6，墊層為C10素砼。
2. 混凝土的保護層厚度：底板為40mm，墻、頂板為35mm；
3. 混凝土配制：本工程采用商品混凝土，混凝土配置嚴格按設計要求的技術指針確定。混凝土配合比必須經試驗確定，水泥的選用要減小地下水對鋼筋及混凝土的腐蝕。
4. 混凝土澆注前對模板、鋼筋、端頭止水帶等進行檢查，清除模板內雜物，隱蔽驗收合格后，方可灌注。
5. 混凝土澆注過程中隨時觀測模板、支架、鋼筋等情況，發現問題，及時處理。
6. 混凝土的澆注：本工程采用泵送商品混凝土，混凝土到達現場后，材料試驗員核準混凝土發車時間，混凝土的品種、強度等級，混凝土坍落度是否在規定的范圍內，并隨機取樣測定和做試塊，嚴格把好混凝土的質量關。不同部分混凝土施工分述如下：
