第一節、工程概述
××××大樓1#樓工程位于蕭山市北新區市北街道地段，市心北路路東，蕭山歌劇院北側，金惠路東伸段北。本工程建設單位為設計單位為杭州市蕭山建筑設計研究院。
××××大樓1#樓工程總建筑面積11921m2，其中地下室建筑面積921m2，占地面積921 m2，地上12層，地下1層，總高度45.5m。
具體建筑使用功能為：地下一層為地下汽車庫、配電間和水泵房、空調機房，一層及以上為辦公室、會議室，屋頂設有機房層。整個建筑功能分區清晰、簡潔。
地下室一層層高為4.5M，地上一層層高為4.5M，二～十一層層高為3.4M、十二層層高為4.5 M，室內外高差300mm。
第二節 建筑概述
一、建筑裝飾:
1、外裝修:立面采用干掛石材、外墻涂料、玻璃幕墻，構筑成一個優雅經典的造型。
2、內裝修：
（1）樓地面：主要防滑地磚地面、水泥砂漿面層、細石混凝土面層等裝飾。
（2）墻面：主要為水泥砂漿抹面、紙筋灰
