某工程外墻采用聚苯板抹灰外墻外保溫方法施工，根據現場的實際情
況特制定如下施工方案。
（一）、施工條件
1、施工現場應作到通電、通水，并保持環境的清潔。
2、外墻和外門窗口施工及驗收完畢。
3、操作地點環境溫度和基層墻體表面溫度均不得低于4℃，風力不大
